1. What are "digital illustrations"?
- Digital illustrations are recreated drawings based on the photograph you provide. I will create a simple yet recognizable drawing that reflects your image.
- You will receive a digital copy of the illustration via email in JPEG file format.2. How do I pay?
- Payment is currently processed through PayPal or Apple Pay.
- You will be provided with the total amount due, and payment can be made through the mentioned channels.
- If you do not have these payment methods, please contact me and we can discuss an alternative way.
- Please note that your artwork will be sent to you only after payment has been processed.3. How long will it take to receive my illustration?
- The typical turnaround time for an illustration is 1-2 weeks.
- If you require a quicker delivery, please notify me in advance so I can accommodate your request.4. Can you print and frame the drawing then ship it to me?
- Currently, I do not offer printing or framing services.
- You will receive a digital copy of the illustration via email, which you can then print and frame through any printing service (e.g., Shutterfly, Walmart, Amazon).5. Can I request that my family portrait be created as an outline only and not in color?
- Certainly!6. What if I wish to include a family member who has already passed away in my memorial portrait?
- You may provide multiple photos of different individuals, and I will integrate them into the portrait to ensure all significant family members are represented.7. What if I want to change a detail after I receive my final draft?
- I offer 1 round of complementary edits. If you still wish to change something within the artwork, it will be a $5 charge.
Hi! I am Emilie Chandler and I'm from Mayfield, KY. I live on a family farm with my husband Luke, our dog Chewy, and our multitude of chickens.I work full time at Bluegrass Sign Group, where I am a project manager and artist. I oversee several projects and create sign designs and layouts. I also manage the social media platforms and website. I am very passionate about making an impact in my community. I hope my creativity can be used to benefit those around me, inside and outside the workplace. On the side, I create handmade illustrations of precious moments.Drawing these unique illustrations brings a lot of joy and fulfillment to me. It's wonderful to have such a meaningful outlet for my artistic expression outside of my professional endeavors.I have attained an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Visual Communication: Multimedia from West Kentucky Community and Technical College. While at WKCTC, I learned and advanced my skills in the Adobe Suite, focusing on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.In everything I do and all that I have, I dedicate every bit of glory to God!
